For this project, the client wanted to extend their kitchen by adding a 3x3 metre dining room, creating a bright, practical space for everyday living. We carried out all groundwork and foundations, built into the existing house structure, and installed full insulation throughout. The extension features a close match brick to the existing property, a flat rubber roof, new doors and a window for natural light, guttering for proper drainage, and re-tiling of the lower section of the existing roof and new fascias. Internally, we completed all electrical and plumbing work, and fitted new flooring to match the home’s interior. Building work approved by Building Control.
